This project's motive is to take on the theme of mental health and well-being in relation to SDG 3.
In Singapore, working adults experience the highest stress and inactive lifestyles. Long working hours and limited social interaction contribute to declining mental health and a lack of emotional balance. These conditions highlight their need to relax, engage in physical activity, and meaningful connection.
Final Major Project
Located near Seletar Airport, 450 Piccadilly is a boutique hotel blending Modern Colonial, Tropical, and Art Deco styles. Designed for travel seekers to escape daily demands, the layout mirrors a journey from check-in to take-off. Through intuitive wayfinding bridges, the design seamlessly connects winding down with uplifting activities, creating a fluid transition between rest and play.
Honoring natural heritage with passive cooling, the triple-height atrium serves as a sanctuary where guests pause, reconnect, and refresh their mind, body, and soul.
